I am one of the Co-Founders of Vegetable and Butcher (“V+B” for short). V+B is a DC-based early stage food-tech startup, empowering on-the-go professionals to reach peak mental and physical performance.  We provide genuinely healthy food that nourishes and fuels the mind & body. Life gets busy. We make food simple. Prior to co-founding V+B, I spent time with Sweetgreen and Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, most widely known for Rasika, 701 and Bibiana. On a personal note, I was also born and raised in Manila, Philippines. I moved to Alexandria when I was seven and haven’t left since!
