Chad is trying to make Philadelphia a better city through his sustainable and design-centered real estate development company Postgreen Homes. Chad is interested in urban planning, green building, modern architecture/design, community building, and bringing a better quality building for both living and working to the average earners of Philadelphia. Chad is focusing on the urban neighborhoods of Philadelphia surrounding center city and connected by public transit.
