Michael Lennon is an innovation architect with deep experience assisting large-scale organizations to innovate and transform their systems, their management practices and their staff. A former consultant with IBM, PwCCand the World Bank, he has worked in more than 25 countries. In 2008, Mr.Lennon co-founded Adlenn—a consulting firm specializing in equipping public managers to fulfil their mission by engaging the public in the novel, participatory and performance-driving ways.
