Ann Quinn has spent more than two decades advising privately held companies, nonprofits and family foundations that are facing the challenges of developing and implementing an organizational strategy, building organizational capacity, delivering mission and services or facing a funding event.

Ann brings real-world experience and a pragmatic process to guide organizations as they understand where they are, where they want to go and how to get there.

Her proven strategic process helps clients navigate the opportunities and challenges that can either accelerate or derail success.

Ann is also a sought-after speaker, panel facilitator and source for journalists on topics related to strategy and business planning, organizational design, board governance and women in leadership. She has also been a guest instructor at MICA, teaching entrepreneurial artists in their capstone course to craft effective go-to-market strategies and investor pitches.

The Daily Record recognized her as a Top 100 Woman in 2016, 2018 and in 2020 she was inducted into the Daily Record’s prestigious Circle of Excellence. The Baltimore Business Journal recognized her as one of the top 40 metro-area business professionals under the age of 40.
