I’m the Co-Founder of Mission Collaborative, where we help people of all ages and backgrounds design more fulfilling careers through a 30-day online Fellowship. I’m passionate about making career information more equitable and accessible so that everyone can obtain the resources and the community needed to navigate the many career changes throughout their life successfully. My passion for career development started in college when I noticed that my peers approached their education pathways based on little to no information about how it would affect them long term. To fix that, I began working on an app at Vanderbilt University that I ultimately pitched to Gallup sophomore year and was hired full-time as an entrepreneur-in-residence and worked alongside Paul Allen (Founder of Ancestry.com) to incorporate my ideas into Gallup’s Higher Education consulting model. Since then, I’ve worked with various startups focused on career development, such as SV Academy, where I led marketing and growth initiatives from Seed Funding to Series A.
