Seasoned faith-based non-profit leader for 20 years in inner city Paterson, NJ and Washington, DC, specializing in social entrepreneurial solutions for the underserved notably for under and unemployed, including homeless, adults. Ordained Episcopal Priest having served parishes in Washington, DC and Paterson, NJ, but presently serving exclusively as ED of Samaritan Ministry of Greater Washington (SMGW), an independent but faith-based organization providing non-sectarian social services. Recovering Washington lawyer, having served in U.S. Dept. of Justice, on Capitol Hill and limited private practice. Married to Martha, adoptive parents to two African-American boys, Jason (16) and George (11), living in Silver Spring, MD.
