Jenn has 17 years of experience in learning & development, leadership development, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Jenn started her own company, Ambition LLC, in February 2012 and has a vision of growing the company to a small-to-mid-size business. At her previous job, Jenn was a senior manager with a staff of 30 and led (and grew) multi-million dollar projects.
