Kathleen Wolff is a communications and management consultant with 25+ years’ leadership in business strategy, broadcast journalism, filmmaking, and multi-media production for private industry, non-profit associations, and media organizations. Earlier in her career, Kathleen worked as a television news correspondent and anchor at ABC News, Fox News Channel and WABC-TV in New York City. She has also been a contributor to broadcast news segments on CBS News 60 Minutes and National Geographic Explorer.

The three-time Emmy award winner decided to move into the healthcare field as a marketing and communications specialist in 2005 and later graduated with an executive MBA from Georgetown University. In 2012, she launched EveryStep Productions. She has produced numerous short videos for non-profits and produced a feature length film, Highpointers, which ran on PBS stations nationwide from 2017 to 2019. Kathleen has one daughter, Mackenzie, who is earning her master’s degree at UCLA. Kathleen and her husband Gary are avid outdoors people who enjoy hiking, camping and mountain climbing.
