I am Larelle Clarke, founder, and CEO of Ditch the Wait. Wife, mom of three, and self-taught entrepreneur of the Lean Startup model. Before starting my business, I worked nearly 15 years as a HUD contractor and DC government Public Housing employee. I am a native Washingtonian, traveler, and foodie. I am a lover of cultural exploration and all things business. One of my highest satisfaction comes from helping others tap into their fullness within. Ditch the Wait started as a platform that connected consumers to food trucks and restaurants in Downtown DC to avoid long wait times. After a slow winter, we quickly pivoted to deliveries. Ditch the Wait now serve as a B2B marketplace offering preplanned deliveries, connecting small businesses with drivers on a temporary, short term and long term basis. We allow companies to scale by providing staffing solutions without having to figure out staffing, logistics, and infrastructure.
