Lisa Conners Vogt ACC, CPC is Founder and Principal at Ever Better Coaching and Consulting. She is an Executive Coach and Business Strategist who partners with entrepreneurial leaders to elevate all aspects of their lives. She works with private clients and with organizations to create and facilitate leadership development through group and individual coaching sessions. Her 30+ year career as a leader with financial, non-profit, federal consulting and telecom organizations, and many years as an entrepreneur, position her to address a wide variety of organizational and career challenges. Lisa is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and College of Executive Coaching. She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations through the Public Relations Society of America. Lisa holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from University of Rochester and B.A. in English from Colgate University. She is a mentor and coach for Colgate’s entrepreneur program, Thought Into Action (TIA). Lisa lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband and her son, when he’s home from West Virginia University. True to her company name, Ever Better, Lisa works with her own coach, is continuously engaged in self-study, and seeks out challenging workouts as she strives to be ever better, every day.
