Louis K. Becker started working for Charles J. Becker & Bros., Inc. in 1997 supporting operations and fulfillment. In Late 2000, Louis joined the sales team in Northern New Jersey, where he grew sales by focusing on supplying excellent service to the underserved Abbott programs. In 2005, Louis opened a new sales territory covering Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In 2007, Louis moved back to cover the Philadelphia early childhood market where he helped gain back market share. From 2010 to 2015, Louis moved back into operation as the Distribution Center assistant manager. In 2015, Louis took over full management of the Distribution-and-Logistics operations. From 2015 to 2020, Louis has streamlined warehouse operations to improve and grow the fulfillment center’s capabilities. He was integral in the company’s transition from a brick and mortar-based business to full-service ecommerce operation, overseeing the implementation of the company’s first warehouse management system. As Louis steps into his new role as President and CEO his main focus will be on Becker’s growth as a leader in early childhood classroom supplies and to continue the family’s 93 year family legacy by strengthening existing relationships and fostering new ones.
