Rebecca Horton is a designer with a focus on customer experience. Rebecca spent the last six years working with a variety of organizations, large and small, established and just starting up, helping them think about how to delight customers and get new ideas off the ground. In 2013, Rebecca launched a design platform called Trestles with a local friend. They help DC businesses discover and develop new lines of business, boost customer loyalty and make their existing offerings more profitable.
