Ryan is a co-founder of Lescault & Walderman, Inc. (LWI), a consulting firm providing bookkeeping, virtual CFO, and consulting services to law firms, non-profits, government contractors, construction firms, restaurants, and general professional services. Ryan started LWI in 2006 as a student at the University of Maryland. In its early years, the business experienced typical growing pains, but eventually settled into a model centered on attracting talented staff in a low overhead/virtual workforce environment. Since 2010, the business has grown to over 75 regular clients in DC, MD, and VA. Working with successful and failing businesses in a variety of industries has provided Ryan with valuable insight and learning experience. This experience has helped Ryan relate to and better serve his clients and the small business community.
