Selena is a digital strategy consultant, coach and creative entrepreneur who has consulted with brands like Disney, Discovery, HSN, Crowdrise, Green Flower, Hired, and Carbon38. After building/scaling strategy teams in the agency world, she launched her digital strategy company Orthris in 2014 with a focus on mixing data + creativity to create sustainable organic growth. She’s also the host of the PermissionLESS podcast and builder of eComm brands.

Selena’s been a speaker or panelist at a number of events including Pubcon, Digital Olympus, Authority Intensive, Traffic Think Tank, Techweek LA and was a guest lecturer on search at Carnegie Mellon MEIM. She’s also contributed to publications like Search Engine Land, SEJ, Copyblogger, Mozz, Buzzumo and has been interviewed by Afterbuzzz TV, Connected Women of Influence,Traject, The Weekly Boost, and more.
