Shannon D. Sentmanis a nationally recognized expert in the field of high-performance, green buildings. As a founder and principal at SOL VISTA, he applies this expertise to assist real estate owners and users with preparing and implementing plans that enhance asset value through high-performance initiatives and onsite renewable energy generation. Before co-founding SOL VISTA, Mr Sentman worked as an attorney, federal lobbyist, and strategic consultant with the national law firm Holland &Knight, where he built a successful practice counselling private and public clients on sustainability-related matters. Shannon was among the first attorneys in the nation to earn the LEED AP® designation and regularly writes, speaks, and teaches on sustainability-related topics and is frequently interviewed on the subject. His expertise has given him an opportunity to work on matters for companies in a wide array of fields, including Forest City, McKinsey & Company, Rohm and Haas, MadisonMarquette, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Fortune Brands.
