Facilitator Forum

Netcitos,

We are thrilled to announce a new program for Netcito facilitators. Beginning in February, we are kicking off a monthly Facilitator Forum comprised of members who are trained as Netcito Chairs. The forum will be led by Jamey Stowell, who is advising Netcito on facilitation and curriculum.

The group will meet monthly to explore group dynamics at the individual, interpersonal, and group levels. Forum members will learn to better orient groups toward the most valuable conversation in the precious time they have together. It will be a community of practice where Netcito Chairs can share best practices and sharpen their leadership and facilitation skills.

The group is open to members who have completed Netcito Chair training, regardless of whether they are currently leading a group. Here are additional details:

1. Sessions will be held on the first Wednesday of the month from 12:00-1:00PM
2. Similar to regular Netcito groups, the value of the group depends on your participation. When you join the group, you are committing to making participation a priority for as long as you are leading your group.
3. Facilitator Forum members who are leading groups may be featured on the Netcito Web site.

At a very real level, this group will be instrumental in creating and defining the Netcito experience. We appreciate your consideration.
