Netcito member Alex Budak is out with a new book, which shares secrets of developing the mindset and leadership skills you’ll need to thrive amid uncertainty and to navigate, shape, and lead positive change. “Becoming a Changemaker” details insights from Alex’s wildly popular course at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. The book has received rave reviews from authors Dan Heath (Made to Stick, Switch, etc.) and Liz Wiseman (Multipliers), Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus, and many others.
In this interactive 90-minute session, Alex will lead Netcito members and guests through an insightful thought process for catalyzing change that benefits ourselves, our teams, and the world around us. Alex will share practical approaches that can be applied immediately to engage stakeholders/customers, lead teams, and innovate.
