Former Division I athlete who fell in love with the practice of yoga while training for the NFL. Been in the yoga business since 2009 and recently opened a Hot Power Yoga Studio in Bethesda, MD. I’m privileged to work with people of all ages, from different backgrounds, lifestyles and levels – including olympians, professional athletes, top business executives, sports teams on the collegiate and high school levels and “normal” people like me.
