Biography
Zach Phillips, founder of Studio Charter, is a filmmaker and designer and was previously the creative lead and owner of Short Order Production House, which he ran for 12 years before selling to Bowstring, a larger, more well-run production company. He is currently focused on making film production possible without millions of dollars or the warped lives of blameless children.
He is not a collector (he actually uses the things he has) but he does have collections of: cameras, keyboards/typewriters, and mechanical watches (not the very expensive kind, though there are two or three of those he would like to have, and not for the reasons you think).
He has two children and lives in Philadelphia, America’s best city.
