Agencito Frequently Asked Questions
Who leads the groups?
The inaugural cohort of each group will include a Netcito facilitator (Peter Mellen or Jamey Stowell) and a subject matter expert (SME) (Nick Eubanks or Selena Vidya). After 12 months, an experienced subject matter expert appointed by Nick and Selena will take their place.
When will meetings take place?
The first Agencito group with Nick Eubanks will take place monthly from 10a to 1p ET on a Monday to be determined. Future groups will take place at a time that is mutually convenient for the group membership. Following the first meeting, the group will establish a meeting calendar for the subsequent 12 months.
How are members assigned to groups?
Group assignments depend on the time zones in which members reside, stage of development, and the timing and availability of SMEs and facilitators.
What happens if I miss a meeting?
For groups to work effectively, it’s essential that members attend every meeting. If members have to miss meetings due to absolutely unavoidable circumstances, they are allowed two absences per year. If a member exceeds that threshold, their membership will come up for review.
How long does membership last?
Membership in Agencito is month-to-month. Members are welcome to stay for as long as they’re receiving value from the group. Members typically stay for years, often many years.
What is the difference between Agencito and Netcito?
Agencito is a Netcito offering produced in partnership with the creators of Agency Builder. When an entrepreneur joins a Netcito forum, they become part of the broader Netcito community. Joining an Agencito group is similar to joining a Netcito forum. When an agency owner joins Agencito, they become part of the broader Netcito community alongside other entrepreneurs.
What is the connection between the Agency Builder course and Agencito?
At each Agencito meeting, Netcito will recommend that members review a module from the Agency Builder curriculum. The agenda for each meeting includes time to discuss questions from the course. There are 12 modules in the Agency Builder curriculum. Each month the group covers a new module. On month 13, we will repeat the first module. The topics covered by the Agency Builder curriculum are evergreen, so Agencito members can cover them many times over and still get value. Agencito members who are new to Agency Builder can purchase the course at a 50 percent discount.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a member becomes part of a group, they are charged monthly whether they attend meetings or not.
Is there an annual discount?
Not currently. Membership is month to month.
