Allison Kirsch - Directory

Allison Kirsch is the Chief Operating Officer of FI Consulting. Over the last 6 years, she has played a central role in FI’s growth to more than 50 professionals through the strategic development, coordination, and oversight of the company’s operations, human resources, and finance functions. Allison’s focus on organizational development has allowed for scalable growth while maintaining FI’s core principles.

Prior to her work at FI Consulting, Allison was an entrepreneur in the health and wellness field, and founded a small business that focused on wellness and fitness coaching for people of all skills and abilities. Allison earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Masters of Science degree in Health Fitness Management from American University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
