Andy is the owner of Development Solutions Global, the company behind the Christian Inspirations & Papier de Maison greeting card and stationery brands, which generates $2-$3m in annual sales. Andy also has particular expertise in sourcing & producing products in China, with over 15 years of experience.

Andy is a small business enthusiast, who loves helping people connect, learn and grow. He founded the “Greeting Card Guru’s” group on LinkedIn with 9,500 members. He is also an Executive Committee Leader in the Greeting Card Association, a GCA Mentor and Chair of the GCA Marketing & PR Committee. Andy also founded Business Book Discussions of Philadelphia in 2010. Along with his wife, Andy runs the Philly Dining Out Group Meetup, which has over 1,500 members and holds over 125 dinners per year.
