Michael Nelson

Michael Nelson is a Co-Founder of IntimacyIVF. Prior to this full-time role, Michael worked for over 14 years in international development at the Inter-American Development Bank. During this period, Michael worked his way up from Research Assistant in Washington DC to Chief of Operations for the Bahamas office. Among other leadership responsibilities, he led multi-agency assessment and response teams in response to natural disasters, winning several awards from the institution including the President’s Award and 2 Team Awards. He is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington DC with a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Government, and also possesses a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the George Washington University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is Scrum Master Certified (SMC). Mr. Nelson is citizen of Trinidad & Tobago (primary, birthplace), as well as of the United Kingdom and Barbados (by descent).
